Hardik Shah

Commercial And Finance Director

 
Hardik’s professional journey of 15 years includes notable roles at Ernst and Young, Emaar, GEMS Education, and STS. He excels in business strategy, change and turnaround management, performance improvement, staff development, financial modeling and analysis, valuation, transaction advisory (both sell-side and buy-side), business development, ERP implementation, budgeting, and audit. His significant accomplishments include leading the transition plan for a major M&A transaction with GEMS Education in KSA. He has also provided valuable contributions to STS by developing the bidding model for all major bids and has actively participated in the joint venture between Emaar and Meraas for the Dubai Hills project. Hardik’s diverse experience in successful projects makes him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.

Sean D’souza

Head Of Operations And Service Delivery

 
Sean is a customer-centric professional with over 12 years of experience, responsible for operations and service delivery at STS Group across its verticals of school and private hire transport. Through his years of experience, he has worked in multiple markets, including the UAE, Qatar, and India. At STS Group, he oversees the service delivery team and operations that directly impact clients. His data-centric approach has led to the smart deployment of resources, infrastructure, and technology. He has immense experience in streamlining operations, market expansion, business transformation, identifying cost solutions, and continuous process improvement. With the digitalisation of business operations, Sean is equipped to base business decisions on data and operational trends, combined with the ability to stay connected to everyday activities across the operations and service delivery team.

Heena Shaikh

Head Of Planning And Performance

 
Heena is a qualified professional with over 19 years of experience in leading change management, workflow efficiency and business process improvement. She has a proven ability to lead multidimensional teams towards business excellence whilst managing operational risk and customer satisfaction. Heena has extensive experience managing projects across multiple sectors in India and the UAE. Heena’s key competencies include; standardisation and audits, innovation and planning and the analysis and management of the complete process improvement lifecycle. Heena has a degree in Business Management, holds a certified diploma in software engineering and is trained in COPC, Lean and Six Sigma. Heena’s focus at STS is managing detail oriented business process improvements and skilfully applying her knowledge to drive efficiencies whilst maintaining the integrity of the brand.

Jitesh Kunjumon

Jitesh is influential and driven Manager, with a reputation for delivering Operational and Service excellence. In his role as a Quality Manager, he is responsible for the QHSE system, business excellence and bringing in the best practices to the business arena of transportation.

With a good balance of hard/ technical and soft/ people skills and over 8 years success in a management capacity, at STS his major achievements involves developing QHSE and CSR strategies; group-wide improvement initiatives that ensures highest standards are realized, delivers massive business benefits and positively impacts the bottom-line which have resulted in winning many accolades and awards for STS.

 

By nature he is a calm, rational and very hardworking, and his strengths lie not only in getting projects up, but crucially, in understanding the real business benefits to be gained from implementing world-class customer service and operational processes and in developing the working business relationships needed to drive a company forward.

Neetu Deshwal Phogat

Neetu is a UK MBA qualified marketing professional with valuable 10 years of experience in key regional industry sectors. She combines strategic, goal-oriented planning with practical, innovative project execution.

After receiving her MBA in International Marketing from Cardiff University in the UK Neetu worked in the TV industry with Sky before moving to the oil and gas sector in Dubai and later the busy world of commercial trading. Neetu heads up all marketing and communications activities at STS and it’s partner companies.

Steve Burnell

Managing Director

 

Steve has over 20 years’ of experience at Senior Management/Director level within the public transport sector. Prior to joining STS, Steve worked in a variety of roles with Virgin Atlantic Airways, National Express and has been employed for the past eight years by Serco Middle East. During Steve’s time with Serco he developed new transport services, advised and introduced new university student transport systems in Al Ain, and has worked closely with the RTA’s Public Transport Agency supporting the introduction of the bus and rail networks. Steve is a UAE committee member for the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and responsible for raising the awareness how the CILT can provide vocational development within in the public transport sector.
