Hardik’s professional journey of 15 years includes notable roles at Ernst and Young, Emaar, GEMS Education, and STS. He excels in business strategy, change and turnaround management, performance improvement, staff development, financial modeling and analysis, valuation, transaction advisory (both sell-side and buy-side), business development, ERP implementation, budgeting, and audit. His significant accomplishments include leading the transition plan for a major M&A transaction with GEMS Education in KSA. He has also provided valuable contributions to STS by developing the bidding model for all major bids and has actively participated in the joint venture between Emaar and Meraas for the Dubai Hills project.
