The Government of Ras Al Khaimah’s official website and social media channels featured the news of Bright Bus Transport (BBT), receiving the prestigious Distinguished Operator Award at the RAK Transport Authority Excellence Awards, in March 2023.
In September 2022, RJ Dona Sebastian from Hit 96.7 FM, the UAE’s leading Malayalam radio channel, hosted an interview with STS bus driver, Jinshi Gopi, on the radio programme, Hit On Request. Jinshi spoke about her journey from bus guardian to becoming a bus driver and shared her point of view on being one of the first female bus drivers in the UAE.
Media coverage of the Safe Driver campaign launch in Abu Dhabi held in September 2022 was featured in Gulf News and UAE Insider. Both publications highlighted the educational campaign video and featured profiles of speakers from ITC, Abu Dhabi Police, and Road Safety UAE. It elaborated on the campaign’s goal of establishing positive and professional driving behaviour and the five golden rules that make a smart driver.
Khaleej Times and WN News featured articles on the launch of our CSR donation drive during Ramadan in March 2023. and The article focused on the remarkable collection of over 1,200 items on the first day of Ramadan to be donated to displaced families in Kurdistan and Africa.
A radio spot promoting the launch of the Stuff The Bus With Hope campaign, produced by ARN was aired on Virgin Radio and Dubai Eye, in April 2023. The radio advertisement played a vital role in inspiring the parent and student community to participate actively by donating and volunteering in the charitable campaign.
In April 2023, Khaleej Times and Gulf News published articles on the launch of our collaborative effort with ITC to educate the student community in Abu Dhabi on road safety management. The articles highlighted the fun and interactive safety-themed games created to engage young minds.
