Chartered Accountant having over 17 years of rich experience in the field of Finance with specialization in Consolidation & IFRS. As part of Finance allied activities, he has also managed Setting up of global operations and IPO/ Private Equity Due diligence. He has extensively worked in ERP implementation across different countries and geographies, he has also implemented various systems & processes to mitigate various risks.
Apart from Finance domain, he has worked in leading consulting company and also headed position of ‘Deputy Business Head’ and ‘Head of Business Performance Cell’. As part of this role, he has implemented Business Performance initiatives including cost management across the organization.
